A Georgia-native, Jennifer joins us after her recent graduation from Oglethorpe University. While a student there, she served as the president of the student theater troupe, Rehearsal Room C (jokingly named to confuse Freshman as the campus hosts rehearsal rooms A and B, but no C). She was also the founding president of their improv troupe, mOUthing off, and the re-founding president of the Chi Kappa chapter of Alpha Psi Omega. Simply put, she is passionate about theater.

Her passion stems from a scheduling mishap at Woodland High School, her alma mater. Elective courses that fit with her Advanced Placement courses were few and far in between. She was placed in Team Sports and feared the “easy A” nature of the course would hurt her transcript. She asked her guidance counselor for “anything else” and was moved into Technical Theater I. The rest is history.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys writing and supporting the philanthropic engagements of her sorority, Sigma Sigma Sigma. On Saturday nights, you can compete with her trivia team, “Alright, Alright, Alright” at Laseter’s Tavern.

Fun Fact: Jennifer is 1 of 8 children and heavily values her relationship with her family. At this point in time, she has 5 nieces, 4 nephews, and 2 niblings on the way. Having no children of her own, her home is filled with animals: dogs, Hagrid and Zeus, and cat, Lola.
